• Bryan Lin is a Managing Director and the CEO of Huatai Securities (USA), responsible for the overall strategy and management of the US business. Bryan has over two decades of experience in financial services industry in the U.S., ranging from private equity, investment banking, and financial regulation.
• Prior to joining Huatai, Bryan spent 11 years as a senior private equity investment professional with The Carlyle Group based in New York. Bryan was a member of the Board of Directors at several Carlyle portfolio companies, and held board positions on Executive Committees, Audit Committees and Compensation Committees.
• Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Bryan spent over 9 years as an investment banker with Citigroup based in New York where he focused on financial advisory and capital raising for a diverse set of clients.
• Bryan started his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he spent two years in the financial institutions supervision and regulation group.
• Bryan received his MBA from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and BS in Finance and Accounting from State University of New York at Binghamton. He is also a CFA charter holder.
• Bryan is currently a member of the Board of Directors of AssetMark, a NYSE-listed wealth management solutions company based in California.

• Sandra is Executive Director & Chief Compliance Officer for Huatai Securities (USA) with 20+ years of securities regulation experience in both 1st and 2nd Line of Defense capacities at Tier 1 global financial firms in the US.
• Prior to joining Huatai US, Sandra held senior compliance and supervision positions at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Sandra started her career with NASD Regulation, Inc., the predecessor to FINRA, and continues to be involved in industry peer working groups.
• Sandra received an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Economics from Brandeis University.

Peter Clark is a Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets Syndicate for Huatai Securities (USA) in New York City. Peter is the primary conduit between the firm, it’s global investor clients, issuers, and the broad array of Syndicate desks across America and Hong Kong. In conjunction with Sales and Trading, Peter fills the role of a primary distribution agent, providing cross-border access to the A-Share, H-Share, and US Registered ADR offerings in which Huatai is involved.

Peter has over two decades of experience as a Global Syndicate Manager with particular focus on Cross-Border execution methodology. Having honed the practice as a veteran on many of the worlds largest and most prominent IPOs, Peter has gone on to manage IPOs and Follow-On offerings not only in the US and Asia, but also throughout Europe and Latin America. Through this experience, Peter has become a trusted counterpart among many of the Street’s most senior Syndicate members across Bulge Bracket firms who remain well connected in their practice.

Prior to joining Huatai in NY, Peter acted as an Executive Director to CICC Securities in the US, fulfilling the Syndicate execution function between 2018-2021.

Prior to CICC, Peter spent 16 years on the Syndicate Desk of JPMorgan in NY, where he helped pioneer the development of cross-border bookbuild capabilities in partnership with foreign regions. Lastly, prior to JPMorgan, Peter provided support to the Syndicate and International Equity trading desks at Morgan Stanley between 1995-2000.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado with a Major in International Affairs, and a minor in German Language, and early in his career was awarded a Certificate of Germany Literacy by the German American Chamber of Commerce as sponsored by the Deutsches Haus at NYU.

• Josh Zucker is Managing Director and Head Trader at Huatai Securities (USA).  He is responsible for the build out of Huatai’s equity execution offering for China and Hong Kong to US investors and the US and China ADR offering to global investors.
• Prior to joining Huatai, Josh spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank where he led US-based trading for Asia, Emerging Markets, and Canada. Josh started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 6 years as a NASDAQ market maker and NYSE flow trader for the firm’s NY-based Asia business.

Kevin McGunnigle is an Executive Director at Huatai Securities (USA) with over 15 years of experience in US and Asian equity markets.

Prior to joining Huatai, Kevin led the North American equity sales team for China Renaissance (US), responsible for the distribution of advisory services and capital markets transactions to US and Canadian investors. While at China Renaissance, Kevin led the US distribution for many high profile public and private capital raises across “New Economy” sectors including internet, fintech, new retail, healthcare and tech.

Prior to that, Kevin started his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent 11 years advising US-based investors focused on US and Asian equities.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.

• Philip Au is a Director on the Huatai Securities (USA) Team with experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance. Philip has over 10 years of experience in financial services with expertise in a variety of industries including, industrials, consumer, TMT, and healthcare
• Prior to joining Huatai, Philip was a Vice President at Accordion Partners where he worked in partnership with private equity firms and management teams to improve the finance & operational functions of portfolio companies
• Prior to Accordion Partners, Philip worked in Private Equity at Sun Capital Partners where he collaborated with the deal, operations, management teams, and 3rd party advisors to evaluate and execute investments, strategic initiatives, and financings
• Prior to Sun Capital Partners, Philip worked in Deutsche Bank’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he executed on a number of M&A transactions across industries. Philip also worked in Deutsche Bank’s Strategic Coverage Group, which managed a select portfolio of principal investments
• Philip holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, School of Business.

• Ryan Bader is Director of Operations and Equity Trader at Huatai Securities (USA). He is responsible for the build out of Huatai’s equity operational platform and trading for China and Hong Kong to US investors.
• Prior to joining Huatai, Ryan managed $4bn at a thematic ETF Issuer and worked as an Equity Sales Trader at Société Générale where he was tasked with building and expanding their global capabilities. Ryan began his career at Deutsche Bank where he led operational teams for a number of years in Jacksonville, Florida prior to moving into an ETF Market Making role in New York City.

Wei Liu is a Director on the Institutional Sales team at Huatai Securities (USA) specialized in corporate access and equity sales. He has over a decade of experience in US and Asian equities, creating a channel between institutional investors and corporations in North America and Greater China region.

Prior to joining Huatai, Wei spent 10 years at the equity team of MUFG Securities Americas in New York, leading the corporate access business while covering institutional clients in both US and Great China. He also collaborated with capital markets team for equity distribution as well as creating bespoke investor events for corporate clients.

Prior to joining MUFG, Wei worked as an analyst at Pinnacle Associates, and as a client associate at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Prior to that, he was a business manager at China Tietong Telecommunications Corporation in Beijing.

Wei received his MPA in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, and BA in English and International Trade from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

• Prior to joining Huatai Securities (USA), Cynthia worked as a Compliance Analyst at UP Fintech and its two subsidiaries: US Tiger Securities and TradeUP.
• Prior to UP Fintech, she worked at Firstrade Securities as Compliance Assistant.
• Cynthia received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

• Jingxue (Wendy) Guo is an Associate on the Investment Banking team at Huatai Securities (USA).
• Prior to joining Huatai Securities (USA), Wendy held an extended internship at Great Wall Asset Management Co. Ltd, in Shenzhen China.
• Prior to that Wendy worked on the Business Development Team at Alibaba Group.
• Wendy received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the China University of Petroleum, and her MBA from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

Junqi is an analyst on Institutional Securities team at Huatai Securities (USA). Prior to joining Huatai Securities (USA), Junqi worked for Morgan Stanley as Fixed Income trading support analyst.

Junqi received his Master of Science in Management from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UC San Diego.

• Clara Zhong is the Controller of Huatai Securities (USA), Inc. Prior to joining Huatai Securities (USA), Clara worked on the controller’s team at BlackRock Inc. for 12 years.
• Clara received an MBA degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Berkeley College.
